Rare Antique German Kestner French Type Bisque Turned Head Character Doll marked G w/Florodora original Body. Gorgeous antique 13 tall Girl Doll by Kestner. Letter G on the back of her head. She has beautiful blue eyes; small chip to her right eyelid. Sleeping mechanism is working. Open mouth, painted feathered eyebrows, painted upper and lower lashes. Rare turned head character. Her shoulder plate is broken on the right side and repaired/glued together which is not noticeable under her dress (please see pictures). She has an original mohair wig and is wearing a flower and bead headband (new). Her body is leather; marked with Florodora stamp on her chest. Her leather kid body in good antique condition as picturedHalf of the forearms are porcelain. Legs below her knees are stuffed cloth (some stains are present). She is dressed in beautiful antique dress decorated with pink ribbon (few holes to both sleeves), underskirt. Her shoes are new. Additional photos could be provided upon request.
