Antique 30 Kestner 192 German Doll
Very Sweet Antique 30 Kestner 192 German Doll. Is a difficult to find #192 especially in this larger size. Kestner has a quality detailed and painted bisque socket head with brown glass sleep eyes, artistically painted upper and lower lashes, feathered brows, an open mouth with four upper teeth and a lovely long blonde human hair wig embellished with hair ribbons. Doll has pierced ears and the one faux silver earring the doll did have fell out and is lost. Doll has a tiny separation in her bisque just along her left crown edge and only at the crown edge that appears to have occued in her making there is no hairline or further damage; otherwise her bisque is just perfect. Doll is incised, 192. Has her fully jointed wood and composition body that is in the original glistening paint finish with some normal age wear. This very lovely antique Kestner wears her fresh but worn orignal under clothing and an old vintage lace and ribbon trimmed dress all with some age wear; old antique leather shoes and stockings as found.
