DASHING, 5 tall, early German, antique bisque shoulderhead, dollhouse, military-style, dressed. 1880, with great molded, handlebar mustache and center-parted, molded brown hair, very well molded and painted features including lovely blue eyes with molded eyelids, long nose and excellent cheek color. On the back of the shoulder with original fine linen cloth body with high quality, slender bisque limbs and molded and painted, tall black boots red tops and tan soles. This handsome gentleman wears his wonderful original, long dark blue dress coat with open lapels, fancy pleated coat tails, gold buttons (front & back) over original shirt, tie and trousers and metal knife tied around his waist. He is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks no hairlines or damages or repairs and no stains or odors as he is from a smoke free home. He will make a wonderful addition to an antique dollhouse family as the male figures seem much harder to find as there were probably fewer originally made.
