Antique German Kestner 154 Dep 10 Shoulder Plate Doll Leather Marked Body 24
Lovely Kestner 154 on a super clean marked Kestner body. A couple small rust spots but no seam issues, no leaking. There are no cracks or chips on her shoulderhead that I can find. She retains her original plaster pate and beautiful original Kestner wig. She has raised multi stroke eyebrows and blue eyes that open and close. She even has the original string at the back of her head that kept her eyes in place when she left the factory. Someone wrote 1906 on her left foot. Her left arm matches. I have a pair of antique socks that I will see if I can soak the yellow from. I did wash her underwear and dress in restoration laundry soap which is for vintage fabrics. There are a couple small spots on her clothes from pins and a small spot at the seam at the side waist which needs a few stitches. I have photographed this. Please review all photos and ask questions.
