My usual basic description with all the needed details, none of the flowery sales pitch stuff. She can sit or stand well. Her W & Co mark is Wiefel & Co. I have used German Doll Marks & Identification book by Jurgen & Marianne Cieslik for identification. There are no hairline cracks. She has pierced ears with clear bead earrings. Her mouth is open with 5 teeth. They are slightly off center–came from factory this way I believe. I cannot get a good picture of the original inside setting. Her sleep eyes are antique glass but not original to the head. She has a curly ash blonde synthetic mohair wig. The body tightly strung, fingers intact, not repaired. It is stamped Germany. It has the usual scuffs and markings. It probably is not original to the head. It looks like there were repairs to the torso around the hip joints. Paint is a different color. She is wearing an antique white dress. It is in near perfect condition. It is not lined. Crocheted strips are in torso, bottom of skirt, and of sleeves. There is a ribbon gathering the sleeves. Her short chemise and panties are modern. The antique slip with lace is in excellent condition. She has very thick antique socks. There is a small hole in one of them. The shoes are soft leather, modern reproduction French style. I cannot combine this with wigs or straw flowers. Many of these have been put together with parts bought separately over years. I describe to the best of my ability. FOR PACKING I USE CLEAN PLASTICS THAT CAN BE RECYCLED, NOT NEW PACKING MATERIALS. THE BOX/PACKING MAY NOT LOOK PRETTY BUT SECURE.
