This a wonderful old composition and oil-cloth boy doll “Harald” by Wagner & Zetzche. He is 16 tall and marked Harald on the back of the head. He is on an oil-cloth body with joints at the hips and composition ball jointed arms. He has no repairs or repaint. Wears antique clothing as shown. From A Theriault’s Catalogue. “Wagner and Zetzche, circa 1916, the dolls were made of a unique composition named “Haralit. Defined by their maker as “art character dolls” they were modeled (and named after) Harald and Inge, the children of Zetzche, sculpted by Franz Reissmann.
