For price reference see page #191 in the book,’Doll Values’ 13th Edition by Linda Edward. This antique bisque lady by Cuno & Otto Dressel. I love this model – #1469. She has a well marked bisque socket head with a young lady face; an adult form body with molded bust. Her facial painting is very very nice. And her dark blue glass eyes are really outstanding with the contrast with her auburn hair. She does not have any hairlines etc as examined by a black light. I have not undressed her because her outfit is very form fitting. She wears black high heel shoes, covered by knee high red leather spats. She wears a nice dark brown straw hat with ribbon decoration. Her outfit is of gray wool with black trim possibly original. There are a few very tiny moth holes on her dress. She has black satin like pantaloons. Maybe her outfit is a riding dress. She could be a blue ribbon winner at any UFDC competition. This is an outstanding example. From my home to yours.
