She has a lovely all factory painted face with brown feathered eyebrows, set brown glass eyes with painted lashes all around and a beautiful shaded closed mouth with a white parting line. Her head looks to be perfect but there has been a professional repair high on the right side. It does not show on the outside and I could only find the location by looking on the inside (photo # 10). It looks like there was a break along the rim on the right side that went part way into the forehead. It’s a very good job, is strong and doesn’t show on the surface. She’s on a French style body that is in wonderful condition, no repaint, no touch-ups. There are a few paint chips, mostly on the hands. She wears antique clothing except for her leather tie shoes. Her one piece teddy I believe is original. Her half slip was made from Victorian fabric and her antique dress is from my collection, it fits her as though made for her. Her head is stuffed with tissue paper and her painted styrofoam pate is lightly glued in place. Her antique human hair wig is pinned to the pate. The doll stand is not included.
