Very beautiful and rare WD doll for the French market – made to compete with the likes of Jumeau and Bru. She wears her original dress, socks, shoes and wig. The hat is an antique replacement as its too big for her. The red is a nice pop with her outfit. Her head is in good condition and has been checked with a light. Blue spiral glass eyes. She has an early straight-wrist Sonneberg type body, it has normal wear but has not been repainted. I have tried to photograph parts of it. Her dress has fraying and is very fragile so I have not taken it off completely. The pictures show you well the condition.
