Antique German Dollhouse J. D. Kestner Biedermeier 1850’s Pianoforte Miniature
On offer for your consideration we have an antique German dollhouse miniature pianoforte. This absolutely beautiful early German Biedermeier pianoforte was made by J. Kestner in Waltershausen Germany around 1850. This would have been one of they earliest pieces of dollhouse furniture reflecting the period of furniture and interiors of the time they were lining in. And because these miniature pianos are so difficult to find makes them quite rare. This stunning pianoforte would make a great addition to your dollhouse. This is the first one I have seen in over 12 years and that one had extensive damage and missing parts. 1:12 scale, 3 5/8″H x 3 1/4″D x 6 1/2L, good normal light ware consistent with age 170 years and use, two legs turned in ward, cloth strip fixed to key board cover warn.
