Very sweet silver frame (830 purity) with stamped marks. I do not know the maker, but it looks German to me. Marks are fairly indistinct except for the 830 mark which is easy to read and see. Measures 4 and 3/4 inches by 4 and 1/2 inches. The glass is beveled.
