The larger Red santa holding a tree measures approx 4 1/4 and has very thin fragile glass. It is missing some paint from age and use. There are no cracks, breaks or holes present. The pink Santa holding a tree is approx 4 and also has very thin fragile glass. The Three red Santas measure approx 3″, 3 1/4″ and 3 1/2 They have some paint loss from age and use. They have no breaks, cracks or holes present. The Old Weihnachtsmann Santa Head has a hole in the side shown in the photos. It still looks good on a tree. It measures approx 3 1/2. There are no other chips, breaks, or holes. The other santa head measures approx 2 7/8. It has some paint loss from age and use. It has no breaks, cracks or holes present. All old and original.
