Antique German 4/4 Violin Antonius Stradivarius Copy Vintage Case
Beautiful older full-size 4/4 German violin, made in the traditional Antonius Stradivarius style and retaining its original-style interior label marked “Antonius Stradivarius” and Made in Germany. The violin has a wonderful deep reddish-brown finish with attractive natural age, patina and character throughout. It features a spruce top, traditional purfling, ebony-style fingerboard and fittings, and a beautifully carved scroll. Included is the old fitted hard case shown in the photographs, with green velvet interior, bright green protective ribbons, aged hardware and a wonderfully authentic vintage appearance. The case itself shows considerable age and wear, including wear to the exterior, interior, hardware and handle. The violin is in vintage used condition with scratches, finish wear, marks, scuffs and other age-related imperfections. Please carefully examine all photographs as they are an important part of the condition description. The instrument has not been professionally inspected, serviced or set up for playing. Its current playability is unknown and it may require strings, adjustment, setup and/or repairs by a qualified luthier before use. This instrument is being offered specifically as a German-made Stradivarius-style/copy violin and NOT as an authentic Antonio Stradivari instrument. No bow is included.
