My usual basic description with all the needed details, none of the flowery sales pitch stuff. The head is in excellent condition. There is a very slight paint rub on left cheek. She has an open mouth with 2 upper front teeth She has the original blue sleep eyes. Her eyelashes and eyebrows are delicately done. There is a black line on the top of both eyes, not sure if there were supposed to be eyelashes there. She has the remains of her original wig. It was almost bald. I lifted it to check backlight the head properly. There is a modern auburn modern baby mohair wig on top of the old one. This is not original to the head but the parts are original to each other, It is tightly strung. It has usual scuffing. There is chipping on the right foot, and some mottling of the finish on the torso. She is wearing what I believe is a commercially made pale pink cotton dress. It has a lot of white embroidery on it, lace around the yoke, and a tatted double layer butterfly on the front of the yoke. Bodice is fully lined and there is an attached slip. It closes with 2 clear snaps. She is wearing a one piece pale cotton “onesy”. She has modern reproduction socks. She doesn’t have shoes. FOR PACKING I USE CLEAN PLASTICS THAT CAN BE RECYCLED, NOT NEW PACKING MATERIALS. THE BOX/PACKING MAY NOT LOOK PRETTY BUT SECURE. THESE MATERIALS MAY BE PLASTIC MILK CARTONS, NEWSPAPERM EMPTY FOOD PACKAGES, ETC. THE HEAD IS WRAPPED IN EITHER NEW OR USED BUBBLE WRAP.
