This large 23-inch antique Gebruder Kuhnlenz German bisque shoulder head doll, is marked Gbr 170 K above the number 5 on her back, and 27 at the top of her head. She is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or hairlines. Facial details include blue glass fixed eyes with painted upper and lower lashes, multi-stroke brown brows, accented nostrils, full cheeks, and a dimpled chin. The outlined lips are open and she has four upper teeth, all in perfect condition. A mohair blonde wig is stitched to a cardboard cap, which is glued to her head. She has her original pink soft leather body, and is jointed at the hips, knees, shoulders, and elbows with rivets. She has bisque fingers and forearms. Her left arm is loose and leaking some sawdust, but remains attached by wires and stitching. All other limbs are securely attached, bend easily at the joints and are in excellent condition.
