Antique German Blown Glass LARGE Chartreuse Candy Cane! Stunner
I don’t remember where the hell I bought this. It happens when you get old….. I found it in a trunk packed away- lovingly packed in tissue and the remnants of an old box. I do like the color- its a color you’d don’t often see- probably why I bought it- that and the size. This is a BIG candy cane- measures 24 in length- that’s a whopper! On the outside of the box bottom is a note in pencil, a gift to Johnny from Aunt Glen Christmas 1931. Perhaps its older and Aunt Glen had it for a while- regardless the color is vibrant and I have to think this would be a Stunner on a big tree, tucked in or in a wreath, or mantle garland- its endless.
