Antique German Made Belsnickle Santa Figure Clay Head, Boots & Hands 1910’s
Antique German Belsnickle Santa. Made in the early 1900’s. Features Rabbit fur beard, clay face, hands and boots, felt suit and wired arms and legs. The sled and the tree are not included and were only used for photos. I found this at a local sale and this is how i got him. He may have been in a sled to begin with as i have seen some that were but he can be straighten up as well but i was afraid to do to much with him. There is a hole formed in the right hand to hold a tree which they frequently do. His Beard is sparse on his left side. Please see all photos for condition details.
