Antique Simon and Halbig mold number 1329 antique German bisque doll. Measures approximately 20 inches tall. Bisque socket head is incised with: Germany 1329 8. Working brown glass sleep eyes with painted upper and lower lashes with eyebrows above. Open mouth with four upper teeth and a tongue. Ball jointed wood and composition body with original finish. She is wearing an antique silk coat dress with elaborate silk trim decoration, silk blue pants, antique socks, fantastic antique slippers, antique black mohair wig and cardboard pate. She has replaced earrings. She is exquisite and she would be an excellent addition for the most discerning collector’s collection. Condition: Bisque had no hairlines but there are significant wig pulls as shown under the wig, Working sleep eyes, one ear piercing hole has a small flake, Body has some light wear but mostly good condition, Clothing in mostly good condition.
