23 Antique Bisque Socket Head Doll. Marked made in Germany a star symbol which represents the firm Cuno Otto Dressel and 1912-4she also has an X mark near the rim of her head in the front. No chips, crack or hairlines in the bisque. Nice face paint w/ outlined lips. She has both painted and real upper lashes. Some of the real lashes are missing. On a wood and composition ball jointed body. Her stringing is just right allowing her to hold lots of poses. Her body shows typical wear, there is a crack in the crotch but it is only on the surface, doesnt go all the way through and it sill feels sturdy. Still, A little preservation in that area may be beneficial. There is a chip on the underside tip of her right pinky finger and a little Knick in her right thumb. Her left thumb was chipped and repainted. Comes with old mohair wig that is sparse and torn, glued to the cardboard pate. All her clothing appears antique and includes dress, slip, pantaloons knit socks and shoes. Doll Stand NOT Included. Please examine photos closely and feel free to ask questions.
