She has her original blond mohair wig, in a short wavy style. She stands on her original 8 fully-jointed wood & composition child body. She wears a green straw-type hat, with a wide brim, with flowery decorations. She wears an antique white cotton dress with attached frontal apron, with feathered stitching, and scalloped edging. Underneath goes a white cotton antique half slip with eyelet lace embroidery, and antique pantaloons. Her feet snuggle within a tiny pair of white leather shoes with laces. MARKS: made in Germany 143[back of head, incised]. The bisque head is free of any hairlines, cracks, chips, or restoration, with high quality painting and molding of features. She has the original glass eyes (now fixed). The wood & composition body is in good overall condition, with good painting and varnish, with intact fingers and toes. There are some areas of touchup of paint, and some epoxy work on the shoulders. Still, this is not unexpected for these antique bodies.
