Beautiful, 1920-30 era, figural group lamp of a courting couple of shepherds with lamb. Applied roses very finely made.. I have two of these very similar on ornate bases which the brass differs slightly, so not listed together. One is also colored a bit different but on two nightstands, they would pass for a pair. Felt at bottom cannot see base of piece. Not taking it apart to find who made it. Likely occupied Japan but looks exactly like Meissen Dresden pieces… See ruler for size. Perfect condition except for the rose held above her head missing it’s two leaves.. I can only see it comparing to the pristine one, you would never realize. Most are found with the rose missing. Lamp works but rewire just because the cord is at least 70+ now. It’s super easy and cheap. (Rinse, air dry on towel). You should retain it’s patina to show it’s age.
