This Adorable antique German character “Bonnie Babe” was made in 1926 by Georgene Averill. Her bisque dome head is in generally excellent condition with lovely coloring and beautiful blue glass sleep eyes. Bonnie Babe has a cloth body with composite type arms and legs. She comes with long christening type gown, bonnet, short sheer dress, onesie and a lovely bib. She does have some missing paint and crazing on her legs as well as crazing on the arms but the composite material is smooth and not damaged underneath paint. Her cloth body has darkened with age as to be expected.
