16 KESTNER 167 ANTIQUE GERMAN DOLL. From my personal collection. Head marked: Made in Germany, B 1/2 167 6 1/2. The bisque head has no damage other than several small wig pulls. Original Blue sleep eyes. Wax eyelids, painted eyelashes. Auburn French Human Hair Wig with bangs and curls. Excellent condition composition body. Minor wear typical of gentle use. Very attractive Antique white cotton eyelet, drop-waist doll dress with very nice detailing. Has a few tiny holes. Antique full slip with a cotton upper and a light weight, fine weave wool attached skirt with embroidered trim at the hem. Antique pantalettes with fine lace trim. Cream colored patterned socks.
