Just me by Armand Marseille was believed to be created as a rival of Bluette for the popular “dress me” doll market of the day. The American Vogue doll company saw the doll and commissioned production to dress in handmade Vogue dresses. Unfortunately this was just before the Great Depression and the doll struggled to succeed in the market. Thought to be the inspiration for Patsy and several other dolls of the day; JUST ME is very desirable to collectors. This little doll is just adorable! Some old glue residue on head.
