Antique German 22 Simon Halbig 1079 DEP 10 1/2 Bisque Head Composition body Doll. Offering this beautiful doll for sale. She has a friendly cheerful young at heart face with lovely blue glass eyes, painted eyelashes, feathered brows, open mouth with four teeth (lovely coloring red purse heart lips) and dimple chin. She has sleep eyes that open and work well. She has is ball jointed and articulate at the wrist, elbow, shoulder, knee, hips with turning head. Her stringing is good, and she can hold a pose. Her bisque head is in great condition. Wig pulls to head. Inside cavity appears to of had some painting done. Her composition body has some chipping back nap of neck. She has a couple fingers with crazing chips (see pictures). Her wig (human hair) has been added which looks wonderful on her and pate added. Shoes and socks added also. She is a lovely Simon Halbig doll estimated to be manufactured early1900’s. Please review all pictures they show best description.
