Antique German 26 Max Handwerck Bisque Head Child Doll
This is an antique Max Handwerck doll made in Germany in the early 1900s. She has a perfect bisque head (lighted) and a 15 piece composition body. Her brown sleep eyes look to be in the original set and she wears a newer Global light auburn human hair wig. Head has that unusual Max Handwerck shape. Her body is in good condition with average wear and 2 small holes in the inner wrist where it looks like some restringing was done–stringing in arms may need to be tightened. She wears a pretty blouse and skirt with a newly made slip and pantaloons missing elastic. The back of her skirt is damaged with some holes and stains, front is OK. She wears antique black leather boots, no shoes. She is a pretty girl who needs a new home.
