Antique German Gottschalk paper litho Blue Roof doll house. Great example, paper really nice outside & in. Red brick, lithograph paper walls, glass windows and drapes. Front of house hinged to open with side clasp to secure. Architectural features include Dutch Gable, 1st Floor Bay Window, turned porch columns with second floor balcony and door. 20.5″ H X 12.25″ W X 10.5 D. Original drapes top floor, replaced lace on the bottom. Overall great condition, the top wood trim on the upper left & medallion are replaced. Inside rooms: Top 9 1/2 w x 7″; Lower 7 1/4 t x 9 1/2″ w. Signed on the bottom 2037. It may be a day longer but doesn’t justify you, the customer paying more. I also recycle & save good boxes.
