Rare Antique German 19.5 Inch Parian China Shoulder Head Doll
Very pretty doll from the past. Unfortunately, this hard to find doll has broken back of her shoulder plate that is missing. The good thing is that the front of the shoulder plate and the head are well preserved, with just light paint wear. The damage is on the back of neck as well, but the part of the hair is not damaged. The top part of the outfit needs to be unstitched in order to be removed. Her body and the limbs are most likely original. The body shows typical age wear, there is a hole to one of the legs. The doll is stuffed with probably horsehair. The parts under the clothes that are not removable were not inspected. The clothes of the doll are very old and worn. Stains, tears, discoloration to the clothes. The hand muff is included. It is also worn but still beautiful.
